Thank you for choosing Starcci NY. Please review the following information regarding purchases, order processing, and cancellations before placing your order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be prepared or shipped.

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Starcci NY does not store your complete payment information.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order request but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

Starcci NY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Any violation of our Terms of Service

If your order is canceled by us after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Because each item is individually crafted, processing times may vary depending on inventory, production volume, and demand.

Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or correct an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made once order processing has begun.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

Because many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If your cancellation request is approved before production begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, and limited-time sales are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders unless required by law.
